Pepp AI is designed for use by parents on behalf of their children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Parents control all data related to their children's profiles.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted in Asia Pacific. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Google for authentication, Razorpay for payment processing, and OpenAI for quiz generation. Each of these services has their own privacy policies.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting peppai.support@gmail.com.
